The following staff members are trained, bonded and insured as Registered Guardians.  In addition we have qualified and experienced staff serving the needs of clients throughout Northern New Mexico.  All of our staff are thoroughly screened and insured.

Our Staff

Janice N. Ladnier, Executive Manager of Guardian Angels, is a Registered Guardian (RG) and an experienced guardian, conservator and court visitor. She is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) and certified grief counselor. Janice has over 20 years’ experience as a paralegal and is an experienced care manager and patient advocate.

Angela T. Melton , Operations Manager of Guardian Angels, is a Registered Guardian (RG) and an experienced bookkeeper, office manager, and notary public, as well as an associate care manager.

Debra R. Thompson, is a Registered Guardian (RG), a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), and a Licensed Professional Art Therapist (LPAT), and has extensive experience with mental illness, substance abuse issues, and clients who are in crisis.
