SERVICES AND FEES
Guardian Angels, LLC offers individualized services to assist individuals and their loved ones with care planning and decisions. Fees are billed at rates appropriate to the specific services provided and staff qualifications required. Please contact our office for a fee estimate based on your unique needs.
Consultation: Explore your (or your loved one’s) needs and concerns, review possible options, and receive up-to-date information. Includes referrals, resource information and materials as needed. Fee: $85/hr.
Comprehensive Assessment: Obtain an in-depth review of the client’s abilities and needs, including physical, functional, cognitive and home safety issues. As part of the assessment, we welcome family input and concerns. The assessment results in a review of options and guidance for home care and long-term care planning. Separate family meetings can be arranged as needed. Optional written summary upon request. Fee: $85/hr.
Power of Attorney Services: If you have no loved ones who can provide such support, you can appoint Guardian Angels as your agent under your Power of Attorney and/or Health Care Directive. Services are tailored to meet your specific wishes and needs. Fee: $25-$85/hr.
Care Management Services: Guardian Angels can provide assistance with obtaining and maintaining benefits and services, referrals to local resources, in-home care, paying bills and balancing bank statements, treatment coordination and advocacy, escorting to appointments, housekeeping and errands, planning long-term care, and other services, as needed. Fee: $25-$85/hr.
Bill Manager and Caregiver Payroll Services: Obtain assistance with managing everyday finances and caregiver payroll. Includes (but is not limited to) payment of monthly bills, bank statement reconciliation, sorting and organizing mail, and monthly summary reports of all bill-paying activities. Fee: $50/hr.
Guardianship Services: We serve as court-appointed decision maker, including home visits, advocacy, securing housing and care, coordinating community services/benefits, providing medical and other consents, communicating with family, friends and care providers, and submitting annual reports to the court. Fee: $65-$85/hr.
Conservatorship Services: We serve as court-appointed decision maker regarding property and finances. Fee: $65-$85/hr.
