Care Management Services
Guardian Angels can provide assistance with obtaining and maintaining benefits and services, referrals to local resources, in-home care, organinzing papers and files, paying bills and balancing bank statements, treatment coordination and advocacy, escorting to appointments, housekeeping and errands, planning long-term care, and other services, as needed.

Power of Attorney Services
If you have no loved ones who can provide such support, you can appoint Guardian Angels as your agent under your Power of Attorney and/or Health Care Directive. Services are tailored to meet your specific wishes and needs.

Counseling and Art Therapy Services
Get the assistance you need to develop coping skills for meeting life's challenges or healing issues such as grief, depression or anxiety. Some insurance and Medicaid accepted for counseling and art therapy services.

Limited Guardianship
The court can appoint a guardian to make decisions only on certain aspects of a person's care if that individual needs limited assistance. All other decision-making authority remains unchanged.

Full (Plenary) Guardianship
A guardian can be appointed to make decisions for an individual and to monitor their care and safety. A guardian's duties include serving as advocate, securing housing and care, coordinating community services/benefits, giving medical consents, communicating with family, friends and care providers, and submitting annual reports to the court.

Conservatorship
If a person is unable to manage their assets and resources effectively, the court may appoint a conservator to act in their financial best interests. The conservator must make annual reports and accountings to the court.

(NOTE: Guardian Angels does not petition the court to become guardian or conservator. We are available to be nominated to serve that role, with advance referral and approval. For more information on the guardian appointment, see Process to Initiate Guardianship.)
